Meet the Team

GSF is a small and friendly business which has been able to quickly respond to changing markets and environments over the years. As a very small business, we all have to be able to take on a variety of roles and to work closely together. We get to know our customers and their situation, so that we can supply the best seed for them. We feel it is important, where we can, to meet our customers and see their sites and understand their individual challenges.

Josie Chandler
and Tom Hollingsworth

Directors

Josie and Tom returned to Guernsey in January 2026 to take on Guernsey Sea Farms, building on the legacy of Mark and Penny. Josie recently completed a PhD in marine biology studying corals on the Great Barrier Reef, while Tom brings a background in oceanography and swim coaching. Together, they are passionate about the marine environment and focused on growing GSF for the future.
